On 22 February, the Advancement and Alumni Affairs Office organised the “Craft & Sip – A Brewery Adventure” workshop, attracting an overwhelming response from alumni.

Participants enjoyed a guided tour of the brewery and learned about the brewing process from grain to glass. They had the chance to taste a variety of locally brewed craft beers. They also experienced making mead themselves. The workshop also featured a wine-tasting and sharing session by Mr Li Pau-cheung, Director of Lipu Industrial Co., Ltd. and longstanding supporter of the University, who attended the event and specially arranged fine wines to share the joy with everyone.
