Campus Development
HSUHK is located in Siu Lek Yuen, Shatin. Our campus, situated along the hillside adjacent to the Tate Cairn’s Tunnel, offers a city view of Shatin and the Shing Mun River. Our students are embraced in this tranquil and green environment which is ideal for study.
The planned campus development will bring the total campus area to 83,160 m2. The newly completed buildings topped with roof and gardens, while the planned greening work covers 30% of the total campus area. They house state-of-the-art facilities such as the college library, Fung Yiu King Hall (a international conference hall), learning commons, multi-purpose classrooms, and Alice Lam Lecture Theatre, etc. Among these, the conference hall and the lecture theatre are equipped with simultaneous interpretation facilities. The new indoor swimming pool and various sports facilities provide students with the needed hardware for active and balanced campus life. HSUHK Jockey Club Residential Colleges completed in 2015 enrich students’ campus experience and meet the needs of our whole person education.
Most of our campus development work has been completed, and yet there is always room for improvement. Your donation will help us update facilities and provide an environment that facilitates study and enrichment of campus life.
