Hang Seng Management College and Hang Seng School of Commerce Alumni Association Limited held its second annual general meeting (AGM) and dinner reception at the College’s Sports and Amenities Centre (Block B) on 25 September 2015. There were over 50 alumni members and guests attending the event.

At the AGM, members voted and elected 15 Executive Committee (ExCo) Members for the new term of 2015/17, including Mr Kenneth Leung, and alumni from different eras of Hang Seng Management College (HSMC) and Hang Seng School of Commerce (HSSC). The ExCo Members will put their efforts in bridging and consolidating alumni networks and communities. With joint efforts of alumni as a whole, members from the HSMC/HSSC family will continue to support their alma mater and contribute for the better development of HSMC on the path to a top quality leading non-profit private university.

The Honourable Lam Woon Kwong, GBS, JP was invited to give the audience an enlightening sharing on “Creativity” after the AGM. His keynote presentation was very well received. Mr Lam pointed out that creative minds come from lots of possibilities, we must be observant, learn more and read more, he concluded that creativity would help improve and make people’s everyday life more convenient by simplifying procedures or systems. Alumni from different eras shared their Mid-Autumn Festival greetings and a heartwarming dinner marked the celebratory close to the night.
