More than 100 staff members, students, and alumni from HSMC took part in the “Chinachem Eco-walk 2018” at Ma On Shan Country Park on 4 November 2018. Centred around the theme of “My Sweet Home”, this all-day activity was organised to not only promote social harmony and conservation but also enable participants to spend quality time with their families amid the scenic beauty of Hong Kong. 

Getting a glimpse of what life was like for miners and their families living in the former Ma On Shan Village, the HSMC team gained a deeper understanding of the importance of family and neighbour bonding.
