On 5 December 2018, HSUHK held its first Graduation Ceremony after acquiring the University title. Officiated by Ms Louisa Cheang, Chairman of the Board of Governors and Dr Moses Cheng, Council Chairman, the ceremony marked the conferment of awards to over 1,280 graduates. The joyful and heart-warming occasion was also joined by families and friends of the graduates.

Alumni cards issued by the Advancement and Alumni Affairs Office (AAAO) were distributed to the graduates, who are entitled to a full range of exclusive benefits in accommodation, food and beverage, travel, and campus services. As a token of congratulation, free souvenirs, such as certificate holders, graduation tubes, clips, and pins, were given out to the graduates.

To strengthen the ties between the alumni and their alma mater, AAAO launched two donation programmes on the Graduation Day, namely Graduating Class Gift Campaign and Monthly Donation Scheme. Best wishes to all graduates for a fruitful journey ahead!
