Terms and conditions:

1. The offer is valid until 31 August 2021.
2. Bookings of sports facilities must be submitted through the google form at least SEVEN working days in advance.
3. Alumni are required to comply with the rules and regulations for the use of sports facilities stipulated by the University.
4. Bookings are on a first-come-first-served basis and subject to the availability of the sports facilities. Bookings will be confirmed by email.
5. Alumni are allowed to reserve a maximum of three consecutive hours for the sports facilities and three sports games. Bookings must be made for the same day.
6. Alumni should make reservations for dining at the hotels on their own. All dining expenses incurred at the hotel are to be borne by the alumni.
7. The University reserves the rights to make the final decision.
