On 24 August 2017, Ms Abbie Chan, Chairman of Po Leung Kuk, and Dr Wai-man Woo, Advisory Board Member of Po Leung Kuk, on their visit to HSMC, were received by Advancement & Alumni Affairs Office’s Ms Elisa Chan (Acting Director) and Ms Alice Chan (Manager). Ms Elisa Chan shared with the guests the College’s philosophy, and accompanied them on a campus tour, covering academic buildings, BJC Broadcasting Studio, HSMC Jockey Club Residential Colleges, and Sports and Amenities Centre.

Ms Chan and Dr Woo expressed their appreciation for the growth and achievements the College has made over the last few years. They were then invited to afternoon tea, hosted by President Prof. Simon Ho, who shared with them the vision and mission of HSMC, as well as its unique “Liberal + Professional” education model.
