Visit From Tsim Sha Tsui District Kai Fong Welfare Association
Mr So Chung-ping, Chairman of Tsim Sha Tsui District Kai Fong Welfare Association, along with his delegation, visited The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong (HSUHK) on 14 August 2024. They were warmly received by Professor Simon Ho, President of HSUHK, Ms Elisa Chan, Director of Advancement and Alumni Affairs Office and Ms Alice Chan, Senior Manager of the Advancement and Alumni Affairs Office.
During the meeting, Professor Simon Ho took the opportunity to introduce HSUHK’s unique “Liberal + Professional” education model and the latest development plans to the members of the Tsim Sha Tsui District Kai Fong Welfare Association. Mr So Chung-ping elaborated on the association’s development and various social services. The two engaged in a lively discussion on some innovative courses of HSUHK.
The guests also toured the campus. A highlight of this trip was the guests’ experience of a news broadcast at the SCOM Cinema and TV Production Centre, which they found very enjoyable. All the guests expressed their appreciation for HSUHK’s advanced facilities. The visit concluded in a relaxed and cheerful atmosphere, with both parties looking forward to further cooperation.
