Visit from Sun Hung Kai Properties
Led by Dr Raymond Kwok, Chairman and Managing Director of Sun Hung Kai Properties (SHK), a SHK delegation visited The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong (HSUHK) on 4 October 2025. The SHK delegation was warmly received by Dr Moses Cheng, Council Chairman; Dr Patrick Poon, Governor and Chairman of Foundation Management Committee; President Simon Ho; Professor Jeanne Fu, Vice-President (Learning and Student Experience); Dr Josiah Chan, Vice-President (Organisational and Development); Ms Elisa Chan, Director of Advancement and Alumni Affairs; Mr Johnny Lee, Director of Finance; Dr Cheung Pui-sze, Director of Student Affairs and Mr Andy Ng, Associate Head of Campus Development and Management.
During the meeting, Dr Moses Cheng, Dr Patrick Poon and President Simon Ho reviewed and shared the University’s history, along with its unique “Liberal + Professional” education model and vision. They also provided updates on the University’s recent developments and future plans. The delegation expressed their appreciation for HSUHK’s rapid development and dedication to nurturing young talents to contribute to society. Both parties exchanged views on curriculum development and the positioning of self-financing institutions, and anticipated future cooperation.
Following the meeting, the SHK delegation toured the campus, including the HSUHK Jockey Club Residential Colleges and other university facilities. The visit provided the delegation with a deeper understanding of HSUHK’s campus and its state-of-the-art teaching facilities.
