VISIT FROM MR KENT LAW
Mr Kent Law, Executive Agency Director of Sunlife Hong Kong paid a visit to the campus on 23 November 2023 with Mr Andric Yew, our Fundraising and Donation Committee Member. They were warmly received by Ms Elisa Chan, Director of Advancement and Alumni Affairs and Ms Alice Chan, Senior Manager of the Advancement and Alumni Affairs.
During the welcome session, the university took the opportunity to highlight its latest developments, particularly the new programmes being offered. Mr Law expressed his enthusiasm for the university’s efforts to continually update its curriculum to reflect the changing demands of industries and to foster a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship among its students.
Afterwards, the guests were treated to a campus tour which provided them with a better understanding of the recent advancement of the University. The tour covered the Lee Ping Yuen Chamber, Auditorium and Cinema & TV Production Center. The highlight of Mr Law’s visit was undoubtedly the Creative Humanities Hub. From the patio of M Building, he had a panoramic view of the building’s exterior, which seamlessly blended modern design with the surrounding natural landscape. Mr Law was impressed by the well-equipped facilities of HSUHK.
