校長何順文教授將聯同施永青基金創辦人施永青先生與恒生大學管理學系助理教授張詩婷博士一起探索「博雅+專業」教育理念如何促進個人成長，以貫通不同知識領域、啟發思考和創意，以應對未來生活及工作中的複雜挑戰，提升幸福感。

We cordially invite you to attend the “President’s Chatroom Series – From Success to Purpose: How to Seize Employment or Start-up Opportunities, and Integrating with Social Missions?” to be held on 20 July 2026.
In an era marked by rapid changes in social structures and the economic landscape, AI technology is also reshaping the ways people learn, work and interact. These shifts have prompted younger generations to reconsider the meaning of “success”, including choices between employment and starting up one’s own business.
This Chatroom event will explore how young people can navigate diverse career pathways, integrate social purpose into their professional development, realise personal values and social impacts, and move beyond the pursuit of success towards greater meaning.
Professor Simon S. M. Ho, President of The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong, will be joining by Mr Shih Wing-ching, Founder of the Shih Wing Ching Foundation, and Dr Jessie Cheung, Assistant Professor of the Department of Management of HSUHK, to share insights on how the “Liberal + Professional” education model fosters holistic personal growth. By bridging different disciplines and cultivating critical thinking and creativity, this approach equips individuals with the confidence to handle challenges of future life and work, thus enhancing their sense of fulfilments.
