VISIT FROM MR DENTHUR LEE
Mr Denthur Lee, Regional Director of Manulife Hong Kong, visited The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong (HSUHK) on 5 May 2023, accompanied by Mr Andric Yew, Fundraising and Donation Committee Member. They were warmly received by Dr Tom Fong, Vice-President (Organisational Development) and Ms Alice Chan, Senior Manager of Advancement and Alumni Affairs.
Dr Fong gave Mr Lee a comprehensive introduction of HSUHK and the University’s latest developments including the Creative Humanities Hub, a 5-storey environmentally and sustainability-conscious construction located in the North Campus.
Both guests expressed their interest in the new programmes that HSUHK offered; such as BBA in Financial Analysis and Fin Tech and MA in Cultural Heritage Management. Dr Fong stated that HSUHK will keep reviewing and enhancing its programme to nurture talents with the competencies needed for the sustainable development of society.
Afterwards, the guests were treated to a campus tour which provided them with a better understanding of the recent advancement of the University. The tour covered the Auditorium, SCOM Cinema and TV Production Centre, The Inspiring and the Sports Hall. They were impressed by the well-equipped facilities of HSUHK.
